Stone and Steel Gym is a 5,500 sq ft training facility located downstairs at 6 Main Street in the heart of downtown Potsdam, NY. Stone and Steel is fully stocked with a wide array of commercial grade strength and cardio equipment. We aim to provide all the necessary equipment for any training style, but some world class specialty equipment that can't be found anywhere else in The North County.

The gym's leaderboard tracks the gyms best for the Big Four barbell lifts: Overhead press, bench press, squat, and deadlift for both men and women. To get on the board just have gym staff witness your lift in person, or send in a video that both clearly shows the lift and the amount of weight on the bar.
Additional Rules:
Overhead Press: Strict press only, no push press, no split jerk.
Bench Press - The buttocks must stay on the bench during the lift, the barbell must clearly touch the chest.
Squat - The top of the hip crease must be parallel to or below the top of the knee.
