Stone and Steel doesn't currently offer personal training, but we do allow independent personal trainers to train their clients at our gym for no additional charge, no kickbacks, no obligations. Jeremy LaClaire is an amateur bodybuilder and personal trainer finishing his B.S. in Exercise Science, as well as perusing his NASM CPT certification (National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer). Jeremy works with a wide range of clients ranging from Junior Team USA international athletes improving their athletic performance to senior citizens increasing their health span. Jeremy works with clients in person as well as offering online programs with consultations.

Morgan is an NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) certified personal trainer and a SUNY Potsdam collegiate rugby player. She first realized the importance of strength and conditioning while playing NCAA ice hockey then began researching exercise science in order to further her athletic career. In the last 3 years she changed sports to rugby and plays for SUNY Potsdam rugby. Morgan offers training both in person and online for people who want to get stronger, build muscle, and lose body fat. She believes that strength training and going to the gym is for everyone and as a trainer it’s her mission to help everyone develop a good relationship with exercise. Morgan is eager to work with anyone who is ready to get stronger and transform their physical abilities.

Russell has been in the sport of boxing for over 25 years, dedicating his life to mastering the craft. As an amateur, he fought 119 times, winning 101 bouts and earning 18 losses. Along the way, he won a bronze medal at the USA National Championship Tournament, was ranked #3 in the nation as a middleweight, represented the USA Elite Team internationally, and competed in two USA Olympic Boxing Qualifiers.
Russell's journey has taken him around the world from Kazakhstan, Bangkok , Mumbai and across countless arenas in the United States. As a professional fighter, he built a record of 17 wins and 3 losses, becoming the former New England Middleweight Champion and former IBA (International Boxing Association) Champion.
Russell shared the ring under the eyes of boxing greats like Teddy Atlas, Micky Ward, Ray "Merciless" Mercer, Buster Douglas, Larry Holmes, Ray "Boom Boom" Mancini, Gerry Cooney, Michael and Leon Spinks, Roberto Duran, "Sugar” Shane Mosley, Evander Holyfield, and Andre Ward.
Now he's offering private one-on-one boxing sessions to share what he's learned over decades in the ring. Whether you're new to the sport or looking to sharpen your skills, he'll teach you the same techniques, discipline, and fight mindset that have carried him through a lifetime in boxing.

Trainers must conduct their training in a way that does not interfere with other gym members.
a) Trainers cannot train in groups greater than 2 clients without prior permission from Stone and Steel Gym.
Do not solicit gym members. If they want your training they'll come to you.
Trainers should have an understanding of generally accepted training principles, and their training should not subject clients to undue injury risk.
