Independent Personal Trainers
Stone and Steel doesn't currently offer personal training, but we do allow independent personal trainers to train their clients at our gym for no additional charge, no kickbacks, no obligations. Any trainers interested in training clients at Stone and Steel must email info@stoneandsteelgym.com to get registered, at which point we'll add your contact info to this page.
Jeremy LaClaire
Jeremy LaClaire is an amateur bodybuilder and personal trainer finishing his B.S. in Exercise Science, as well as perusing his NASM CPT certification (National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer). Jeremy works with a wide range of clients ranging from Junior Team USA international athletes improving their athletic performance to senior citizens increasing their health span. Jeremy works with clients in person as well as offering online programs with consultations.

Morgan Agran
Morgan is an NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) certified personal trainer and a SUNY Potsdam collegiate rugby player. She first realized the importance of strength and conditioning while playing NCAA ice hockey then began researching exercise science in order to further her athletic career. In the last 3 years she changed sports to rugby and plays for SUNY Potsdam rugby. Morgan offers training both in person and online for people who want to get stronger, build muscle, and lose body fat. She believes that strength training and going to the gym is for everyone and as a trainer it’s her mission to help everyone develop a good relationship with exercise. Morgan is eager to work with anyone who is ready to get stronger and transform their physical abilities.

Rules for Personal Trainers
Anyone entering Stone and Steel Gym must have an active membership or valid day pass. This includes both trainers and their clients.
All trainers must register as a personal trainer by emailing info@stoneandsteelgym.com
Trainers must conduct their training in a way that does not interfere with other gym members.
a) Trainers cannot train in groups greater than 2 clients without prior permission from Stone and Steel Gym.
Do not solicit gym members. If they want your training they'll come to you.
Trainers should have an understanding of generally accepted training principles, and their training should not subject clients to undue injury risk.
